i am having some problems with my new wilcom 9. i was able to load the software, however, it always shows the same message. “wilcom 9 security device not found” and i cannot load the software.

i have a new jenome digitizer v5 which i am currently using on my computer (win 10). i have set up the usb (not using a dongle) and the computer recognises it and when i try to install the software i get the message “wilcom security device not found” – i have the driver for my pc. i am hoping to use this to connect to my old jenome digitizer as i have a lot of files i need to send to another facility. i have tried uninstalling/reinstalling the driver and it does not work.
