In Sketchup, make sure the grid is selected. The right toolbar has all the tools you’ll need to customise the grid. Click on the Customize button to bring up the settings menu. Scroll down to the “Grid Area” section and double click the “Grid Style” choice to open the style menu. Choose “2D Grid”.

Our study will be a randomized clinical trial that compares enhanced primary care to standard primary care. The trial will be conducted in Vancouver and involves 300 patients, half of whom will be randomly assigned to enhanced primary care and the others to standard primary care. Baseline and follow-up evaluations will be by physiotherapists who are blinded to the study arm. The outcome measures will be pain, disability, general health status, self-efficacy, anxiety, and depression. The primary hypothesis is that enhanced primary care will be better than standard care for persons with chronic low back pain. Our secondary hypotheses are: (1) that the effect of enhanced primary care will be superior to standard primary care in preventing further impairment and disability, in maintaining self-efficacy, and in maintaining general health status; (2) that anxiety and depression, and not pain, will be the important mediating variables in the relations between care type and outcomes; (3) that the effect of enhanced primary care will be mediated, at least in part, by specific therapist behaviors; (4) that there will be interactions between age and care type and outcome, in that the effect of care type will be larger in older patients and larger in patients with more disability; and (
