ST. LOUIS, MO (KTVI) – A St. Louis police officer has been suspended without pay while the department investigates an off-duty incident with a woman in the city’s north suburbs.

St. Louis police issued a press release on Friday saying that Officer Tim Borman has been suspended without pay since November 9th, pending the department’s investigation into the matter.

A woman filed a police report in November saying that Officer Borman repeatedly grabbed her by the neck and choked her, following her into her home.

On November 9, the woman told police that she was inside her home when Officer Borman reportedly became “agitated” and approached her, where he grabbed her neck.

The woman told police that she was frightened that Officer Borman would hurt her.

On November 20, the woman filed a complaint with the St. Louis Police Department.

Borman was sent to a hospital and remained there until November 30

Docknockylock is a simple little utility that can be used as a parental lock on your PC for use by the 2 year old.
Docknockylock locks the keyboard and mouse preventing any key or mouse input. If the 2 year old wants to use their keyboard, they must press ALT-CTRL-DEL then press ‘Cancel’ (this will stop the program). If the 2 year old wants to use the mouse, they must press ALT-CTRL-DEL then press ‘Stop’.
I have tested Docknockylock on a variety of 2 year olds and 2 year olds are of the same opinion.
Docknockylock was inspired by my 2 year old daughter who enjoys watching The Wiggles and banging on the keyboard.
As this is a simple utility that can be used on Windows 2000, XP and Vista, it can be used on Windows 2000, XP and Vista systems.
NOTE: This program was initially released by me on Friday the 13th January 2009. After the 3rd night of every year since then, I have tested Docknockylock on a variety of 2 year olds and 2 year olds are of the same opinion.
I am providing it here because I feel it can be of benefit to other parents out there.
I do not ask for money for the use of Docknockylock and can confirm that I have not been paid for providing it.

What’s New in the Nockylock?

Nockylock is a very easy to use program that stops a 2 year old from harming the computer by locking the keyboard and locking the mouse. This software was inspired by my 2 year old who enjoys watching ‘The Wiggles’.
Unfortunately she also enjoys banging the keyboard and clicking the mouse in the process. This simple utility allows the parent to lock the computer from all input (BlockInput API) and then using ALT-CTRL-DEL select Cancel and then stop the utility.

Nockylock Features:

It is very easy to setup on your system

The control panel is under the Options tab.

A license key will be required to register the application. If you are unsure how to register your application you may refer to this link.

You can also use the license key to test the program on your system

The license key is added to the application every time you update the application.

A Auto Uninstall feature is included. The application will automatically uninstall if it detects an update has been applied to the application.

Many control panel settings can be changed to make the application more user friendly.

You can start the application from the Start menu or you can add it to your Start menu as an application.

No internet connection is required to function the program.

Nockylock is very small (3.7Mb). It was designed to be lightweight and not use much system resources.
