The 2014 ICC Africa Twenty20 Championship was an international cricket tournament, held in Zimbabwe between 22 and 28 August 2014. It was played as a Twenty20 tournament under the name of the ICC Africa T20 Championship and was split into two tournaments, a Plate competition and an Eliminator competition.

Twelve teams participated in the Plate competition, divided into two groups. The top teams from each group qualified for the Super League. The top two teams from the Super League competed in the final.

The winner of the Plate competition was Namibia.

The top two teams from each group of the Eliminator competition qualified for the Super League. The third-placed team from the Super League competed in the Eliminator Plate final, and the other two teams in the Eliminator final.

Qualification

Teams were divided into two groups – North Zone and South Zone. Each group played a round-robin tournament with all teams, with the top four teams in each group progressing to the super league and the bottom two teams eliminated from the tournament.

WordPress editor
The editor chosen for the task was WordPress’ built-in Text Editor. While it may not be as complete and functional as a dedicated Markdown editor, its’ still great for a quick, easy, and low-cost solution. The three-column format of the layout can be set with a single click from the customizer. We then proceeded to fill it up with text and added several images.
An overly simplistic interface
Upon loading, the editor displayed an overly simplistic interface. However, it is hardly the worst interface one can expect from a free WordPress theme. It’s present in all of their editors.
A simple editor
It is important to know that WordPress’ default text editor is stripped down to the bare bones. Despite this, its’ easy to work with, and the user-friendly interface does a commendable job in making it so. Though the features are basic, they’re sufficient for users to work with their text.
A problem with the theme’s customizer
Like many other sites, WordPress offers a customizer. Unfortunately, the one present in the editor is very limited, providing only the ability to change the editor’s colors and some other aspects of the interface. What’s more, the interface is rather difficult to navigate. There’s no way to edit the basic appearance of the interface.
