hello,
i have a sbe device that is manufactured by the same company as the one you have. the firmware of the unit has a big bug and it is impossible to use it. before i sold the device, i have tried to contact the company but without success. the company is very good in exporting, but they do not care about the software.

i just got my vinyl cutter today and already have to do some cuts. i am really enjoying how easy it is to cut vinyl. now i just need to learn how to resize the cuts. any one care to answer some questions

i got the box from the seller. he didn’t say anything about a software disk so i decided to go ahead and run it.

i bought the machines on the way home so i could pick it up on my way to work. the seller gave me the full package and when i got home i checked the box and realized there was no disk. i sent him an email with some details of what i had purchased and thought it was a good size box. i haven’t had a response since i sent the email. so after a few days i decided to give up.

i would love to know what items went into the package, that the seller will need to set up, and what the timeline was for this to happen. was there some technical incompatibility in the box? it seems odd that a seller would want the package and yet not include the product.

i have been using easy cut studio for the past few weeks and have been extremely pleased with the ease of use and the capabilities of this program. my first impression of easy cut studio was that it did not have any interface. so with this thought in mind i purchased the demo version and have found that it is very easy to use. in fact, i believe that the only interface that is available is the plotter interface. even with the plotter interface there are options to make adjustments, such as the paper size, paper type, offset, feed etc. this program is very powerful and i am looking forward to using it for the rest of my projects.
