finally, it carefully examines indias overall foreign policy over the last three decades. while it is indeed a balanced assessment, the book does criticize the bjp for its unwillingness to confront pakistan over kashmir, and for the fact that the overall foreign policy has remained relatively unchanged since the 1990s. however, there is also a new found emphasis on the need for india to be a leader ofthe neighbourhood rather than a passive observer.

The present invention relates to a stapler, and more particularly to a stapler for stapling magazines or workpieces of various thicknesses and shapes.
2. Description of the Related Art
Referring to FIG. 1, a conventional stapler (60) comprises a base (61), a pusher (62), a staple feeder (63) and a staple ejection section (64). The base (61) is a rectangular frame, and the staple feeder (63) is mounted in a side of the base (61). The staple ejection section (64) is mounted in the base (61) for ejecting the staples (S) stored in the staple feeder (63) one by one through an aperture defined in the base (61). The pusher (62) is mounted to one side of the base (61) for pressing the staples (S) in the staple feeder (63) to advance towards the staple ejection section (64) when the staple ejection section (64) is ready for ejecting the staple (S).
When used to staple a magazine (not shown) such as a magazine of a typewriter, the conventional stapler (60) as described above may not work well due to the fact that the magazine is not long and straight and thereby causes the staple feeder (63) to push the staples (S) forward along the curved edges of the magazine (not shown), thereby causing the staples (S) to tangle when the staples (S) are pushed through the magazine (not shown) to be ejected. This results in damage to the magazine (not shown) and requires replacement of the staples (S) as well as the stapler (60).Q:
