It looks as though it will be a quick way to view the hex values in files in a similar way to the hex editor that comes with most of the major editors. I have found in many cases, viewing the hex values in the hex editor reveals the missing ASCII character that is in the wrong place, and that the hex editor sees the data differently from the application.

I have a hunch that this will be very useful, thanks for your help.

However, you would be very well advised to do a thorough search of the web to see if someone else has already posted a similar application that performs the same function and makes it available for purchase. In fact, this very site has a huge number of similar tools available for purchase and that makes me wonder if you’re really the first one to think of this.

Although you say it’s been abandoned for some time, the very fact that it’s out there on a major site for sale would indicate to me that it is alive and well and still in use. I just happened upon it by coincidence.

So, without making the same mistake of purchasing something that is already available, I would suggest that you stay tuned for a new similar product.

Another way to look at this is that you might have found something that is free that someone else has abandoned. In that case, I would suggest that you contact that person and ask them if they can release it to you. I imagine that they would be very happy to do that, since you’ve made them

Generally, a sync signal is transmitted at the same frequency as a sampling frequency of image data. A receiver is designed to reproduce the image data by synchronizing with the sync signal which is a portion of the digital image data.
In the case of a system B receiver, a sync signal must be detected to synchronize image data with a clock.
