I do not know the IP address of foobar2000, but from my experience the instance is running on the default port number which is usually 5120.

The present study evaluates the potential improvement in image quality of a data acquisition and reconstruction scheme that performs a sinogram-to-image reconstruction process using a single-photon-counting detector as a replacement for the standard X-ray tube-based detector. The results demonstrate that the reconstructed images are superior to those from the conventional method. The spatial resolution of the reconstructed images is measured to be approximately 50% of the detector width at half-maxima. The contrast-to-noise ratio of the reconstructed images is 7.4, which is slightly larger than that of the conventional images (6.3). The result of the phantom study indicates that the proposed method could potentially increase the spatial resolution of photon-counting spectral CT by a factor of 1.4 (from 66 to 91 microm) in comparison with the standard method. The present study demonstrates that a combination of the radiation dose reduction and the single-photon-counting detection system can provide photon-counting spectral CT images that are of higher image quality than those provided by the conventional CT method.
