Included a large set of zone changes. Finishing up the rest of EPL and PEQ, working on the Shadowlands (Alterac Valley) zones, and mapping new zones in The Buried Sea and Beyond. I decided to take a few weeks off. Getting older and starting to get arthritis, i will focus on this again when i can devote time to it.
Also back from hiatus, reworked several zones in Shadows of Anguish. Primarily minor fixes and terrain layout adjustments.
UPDATE: I already included most of the content updates for Shadows, but I have also started to make changes to several zone templates. The biggest change (and probably the hardest to explain) will be that in a few zones, I have included three main vertical levels, and one in the middle of those levels is a place to drop in with no significant changes to the vertical levels. Simply put, it will let you go into a level without being forced to encounter a group of monsters while slowly farming an aggro. This will likely be reflected in the game mode setting in that it will start at the lowest level with 1 monster in the room, and the number of monsters will increase incrementally. The result is that going to the more difficult dungeon leveling with all quests off will give you a much easier time trying to fight the monsters. If this is not explained well in the zone description, I will explain it in more detail in the statistics. I plan on making this change permanent, I think it is a nice change and hopefully new players will not find it to be too hard.
UPDATE: I will be adding a few island island maps for Shadows of Anguish. This should not be hard, as the islands in the zone are a bit cluttered. (I know some island maps were done, I cannot remember if any were done for Waterdeep and Khyber) I will definitely be including some changes to the zones in this set, but I am not sure what exactly. I am just planning on adding a few dungeons with monsters in them and at a higher level to help new players learn the ropes. After that, I will likely be doing more of these zone updates, because the zones are very imcomplete right now. (In the case of Waterdeep and Khyber, I am not currently in the process of doing the maps, but will be doing them as soon as I find time)
