i have a 1215b and i’m trying to get the usb 3.0 to work on it. i’ve checked the drivers and they all seem to be in order. i also have the usb 3.0 hard drive adapter that came with my computer. when i plug the hard drive adapter into the usb ports, i get two different errors: “this device does not support any storage devices” and “error: the usb device is not recognized”. i’m not sure what to do at this point. any help would be greatly appreciated.
