To add to the top answer, there is another tuner for Guitar that you can use to quickly tune a guitar.

It doesn’t do any pitch shifting and doesn’t need any extra software to work. It is just a static “pitch shift” of the note played.

How do I make a JavaScript variable return “undefined” when called from a jQuery.load() call?

I have a function which loads a page via jQuery, and I want to call a function when it has loaded.
So I have this:
function doSomething() {
var pagedata = $(“.pagedata”).load(‘./pagedata.php’);
var data = JSON.parse(pagedata);
alert(data.somevar);
}

doSomething();

On the page called by the.load(), I have the following:
var somevar = “something”;

When I alert(data.somevar), it returns undefined.
When I do a console.log(data.somevar), the value that gets returned is the value from the page that was loaded.
I don’t want to call data.somevar, I want to call pagedata.somevar.
In the console, I see that I have a JavaScript error being thrown on the line
var pagedata = $(“.pagedata”).load(‘./pagedata.php’);

Which says that “.pagedata” is undefined.
If I were to call.pagedata directly, it would find it, but I want to call it via.load().
Is there a way to say, “Oh, if you call me, then call the.load() function on the value returned?

You could use.call() to call your function, and then.load() to load in the data from the other page:
function doSomething() {
var pagedata = $(“.pagedata”).load(‘./pagedata.php’).call(this, function(pagedata) {

This macro allows you to tune the notes as you play with a MIDI keyboard (or compatible controller).

First you must download and install the latest version of the Instrument-iTuner plug-in (directly available from the developer’s site) in your host application such as Reason, Protools or any other DAW, as explained here.

You can choose either a keyboard controller (e.g. USB Korg A-Series) or a virtual MIDI keyboard.

To tune the notes with the keyboard controller, you must create the following text macro:

Use the commands above to define the text macro.
For example, you can choose the four commands as follows:

By setting the on and off to 1, it’s possible to use this macro for instant tuning of songs (i.e. you don’t need to remember where the notes are).

NOTE: The on and off commands are from Bit-Tuner menu.

On the other hand, you can configure the delay time and the order of the notes to be tuned.
For example, to tune the notes “G – C – F – Bb”, you can create a text macro as follows:
