this is a great card. no longer needs a secondary material to be powerful, since it requires you to have at least three arch-lords in your hand, the effect will trigger as soon as it’s on the field, but still needs a second material. the extra requirement of having an archlord in the hand lets it back up your own monsters if they happen to get ko’d by a spell, which is good, but also still works fine if you don’t.

this is a huge card. while it’s certainly a bit slow it’s still a big effect on it’s own and as long as you can restock quickly you can turn every rank 3 or higher archlord into a rank 7 or higher. of course it’s a little trickier with monsters since you have to boost the rank, however the card would still work as a ritual (in which case you’d have another big material requirement) as well as a free summons, however since it’s a rank 2 or higher card it can’t be used in the restand phase and you’d still need at least rank 2 monster/spell in your deck.

this is a really cool monster. while i’m not really sure how much i like the card, the play style fits perfectly with the card, i really like the idea of an “ocean of decks” monster and would love it if it was allowed to require a material to make it a monster.

a solid search card, big enough to be worth it, with it’s three cost in the grave this is a solid utility card to boost your grave. it could easily be extended to include traps and/or spells too, depending on your combo deck, and those could be targeted to stronger monsters, useful for the spells but not always necessary for the trap.

concluding the archlord item ini editor and looking at the many other bug fixes the foundry has brought to the game there isn’t much else to say except that it is a good tool and perhaps is a bit outdated but the progress has been nice to see.
if you decide to uninstall this program, you will have to delete the files by hand. the uninstallation may fail if you don’t have enough free space on your disk. this is why you should uninstall the program into an area with at least 1gb free space.
– if you bought star ocean 2: the last hope and the star ocean 2: cross meridian game of the stars, you will not be able to play them unless you install star ocean: till the end of time to the same folder. star ocean 2: cross meridian game of the stars is not required to play star ocean: till the end of time.
– in case you were using any fan made content and are unsure about doing so, you should move your original star ocean fan content to different locations to prevent any data loss or corruption that may occur during installation.
– if you purchased star ocean: first departure for the psp or star ocean: second evolution for the ps2, you will not be able to play star ocean: till the end of time without the star ocean: first departure patch or star ocean: second evolution perfect/ver.1/ver.2 patches.
– if you purchased star ocean: the last hope for the psp, star ocean: second story perfect, star ocean: millennium story for the psp, star ocean: second evolution perfect, star ocean: second evolution ver.1/ver.2 for the ps2, star ocean: second evolution ver.2 for the ps3 or star ocean: till the end of time for the ps3, you will not be able to play star ocean: till the end of time without a star ocean: last hope patch, star ocean: second story patch, star ocean: millennium story patch or star ocean: second evolution patch.
