However, you would be very well advised to do a thorough search of the web to see if someone else has already posted a similar application that performs the same function and makes it available for purchase. In fact, this very site has a huge number of similar tools available for purchase and that makes me wonder if you’re really the first one to think of this.

Although you say it’s been abandoned for some time, the very fact that it’s out there on a major site for sale would indicate to me that it is alive and well and still in use. I just happened upon it by coincidence.

So, without making the same mistake of purchasing something that is already available, I would suggest that you stay tuned for a new similar product.

Another way to look at this is that you might have found something that is free that someone else has abandoned. In that case, I would suggest that you contact that person and ask them if they can release it to you. I imagine that they would be very happy to do that, since you’ve made them

2. Description of the Prior Art
Since the beginning of the broadcast field in Japan, local broadcasters have been utilizing a method called “system A” to insert into an image a character of their own while maintaining a portion of the image. This allows viewers to call a telephone number shown on the image and obtain a desired voice response. This system, however, is limited to local broadcast since it is difficult to determine a sound source position and a part of an image at a distance from a station.
In order to overcome the above-described problem, a data processing system was developed to transmit data such as image and voice data from a transmitter to a receiver as a digital signal. In the case of a data processing system called “system B”, both image and voice data are digitally processed and are transmitted as a digital signal. Such digital data are sent as a composite data signal.
In order to transmit a composite data signal as a digital signal, a so-called sync signal is included in each image data signal. Generally, a sync signal is transmitted at the same frequency as a sampling frequency of image data. The sync signal is inserted into the image data in such a manner that a viewer can recognize a timing of reproduction of the image data. A receiver is designed to reproduce the image data by synchronizing with the sync signal which is a portion of the digital image data.
In the case of a system B receiver, a sync signal must be detected to synchronize image data with a clock. The system B receiver must detect an edge of a sync signal which is included in image data by comparing a level of the image data with a threshold level, and then recover the clock by analyzing the edge of the sync signal.Q:

I have an application which calls several external libraries. There is a function in one of those libraries which returns a path string which may be created by several functions, let’s call it a path function. It may return an empty path if a particular requirement is not met (such as if a file is not yet present).
