I searched the internet and found that there are about 30 firmware updates available for the V5 cameras. I want to get the V5 firmware 2.0.1. Can I upgrade the firmware, so it is now version 2.0.1, if I download the firmware 2.0.1 using a USB Device?

I can no longer run the “Pro Dad Mercalli” on my PC. I am trying to get a new.dll file that I ordered to help with my videos but every time I run the pro dad mercalli it tells me it is already running. Help please. (using the free magix trial)

I need an updated firmware for my proDAD mercalli w/S-30+ ( V5 ), what will happen if I install a Mercalli V5.1 update on a V5 w/S-30+. Will the old firmware still work w/ this new software update?

Hi. It takes me 90 seconds to do a fast forward or reverse speed. ( I cannot use the F5 or F6 buttons of the camera. It also takes me 80 seconds to zoom in and out. ) I used the Pro Dad Mercalli filter.

Can someone confirm if there is a bug report about the edit menu diagram (The preset menu in the private sector) not displaying the delete button for the selected preset? Both Windows 7 and 10 users are affected.

The same menu item appears if the preset is moved to the “Available Presets” section of the main window in Windows 7, but it is missing in Windows 10 (and not supported in the current version of VE 12).
