This patch fixes the following problems:

1. Cheats/Triggers stops working after freezing game difficulty
2. After the freezing game difficulty can activate all cheats cheat_cheat_image_box.CUI_screen_cheat_cheat_lockernback_image_title

As usual you will need to extract the zip archive and then run the game with the -gamepatch -frentalgame command line option. This command line option might be (Unix, Linux, Mac OS X and Windows):

Note: This patch is not only for “AlienTech” for “AlienColonial Marines” games that use the same game engine as “AlienTech”. You need to use this patch too if you don’t have cheats or if they suddenly stop working.

Note: The cheats and tricks listed above may not necessarily work with your copy of the game. This is due to the fact that they generally work with a specific version of the game and after updating it or choosing another language they may (although do not have to) stop working or even malfunction.

3. Install Cain. If using the Main Menu screen option in the downloaded trainer, this is a must. If using the Xbox 360 retail version of the game, this is a must. If you are using the Xbox 360 Game of the Year Edition, this is not a must.
