In this post, I’m going to focus on those aspects of the new features in Photoshop Elements 12. I’m going to skip over the new features that are part of the CC version of Photoshop, such as Content Merge, Object Snapping, Gaps and Guides, and the powerful Link feature.

Additional new features to Adobe Audition include a new interface called Sonorus, two new transitions and improved performance. Sonorus lets users hear audio directly in the Waveform, spectrogram, Phase Audition and Song Editor channels. Android and iOS apps are also compatible with each other through the Sonorus connector. The user interface has also been made more intuitive, the Phase Audition preview has been redesigned, and audio files preview is now supported in the Song Editor as has file-level undo.
